Booking events.
Who books first
Members have first priority. Non-members can book once an event opens to the public. Events can be booked up to two months ahead, or as soon as they go live.
Tickets
Every event has rates for founding members, members and non-members. Some events are for members only, and some are included with your membership.
Cancellations
- 72 hours or more: your payment carries over to your next event
- Within 48 hours: 50% charge
- Within 24 hours or no-show: full charge
Arriving & check-in
Members check in with their membership profile or name on the guest list. Registered guests are checked against the registration list, and invited guests against the invitation list, on arrival.
