Renewal
We’ll send a renewal reminder one month before your membership expires. You simply choose your preferred payment term again.
Freezing your membership
- Freeze for 21 consecutive days per membership year
- Requests in writing; supporting documents may be required
- All freezes are subject to approval
Cancelling
Memberships can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. Eligible unused prepaid balances are refunded at the rate you paid, including any payment-term discounts. No refund is due where the prepaid balance is one month or less, as this covers the notice period.
Transfers
Memberships are personal and cannot be transferred.
Payments
All fees are in RWF. Pay by MoMo, bank transfer, POS or payment link. Receipts or QR codes are sent by email. Membership is not extended on credit: if a payment fails, member benefits pause until it’s settled.
Booking activities
- Book as soon as an event goes live
- Founding members book first, then members, then non-members
- Free cancellation up to 72 hours before; 50% charge within 48 hours; full charge within 24 hours and for no-shows
Children & young adults
Children aged 0–12 cannot have their own login. They’re managed under the family’s main account, and parents or legal guardians make bookings for them, directly or with our Guest Experience team. Young adults aged 13–17 can have their own individual login to book and manage their own activities.
Separate memberships
Family members who want benefits beyond the Couple Membership can take an individual membership separately, subject to our membership terms.
